The construction is deliberately simple, because simple is what works in a vehicle: twisted pair geometry handles the dominant interference mode in car audio (magnetic induction from power wiring); copper conductors keep the signal path low-loss; and the 2-pin plug gives a secure, keyed connection to the amplifier, speaker or head unit without an adapter. One honest note on where the limit is: twisting cancels magnetic induction — it does not shield against strong capacitive coupling. If your run passes directly alongside high-current inverter or amplifier power cabling, specify a shielded version and we build it; for standard cabin and trunk runs, the twisted pair is the correct, cost-effective choice. Cable length, conductor gauge, connector type and colour code are customizable, and the same assembly can be built with PVC, PE, rubber or high-temperature FEP/PTFE insulation where the routing demands it.
